Update to BrightH3 Horse Racing Software

The update enhances the LIE eliminating features of PairGridH3.EXE. Software category: 5.3 (Horse Racing: Horseracing Trifecta Software, Betting Systems, Download).

The Web page dedicated to the reversed lottery strategy (LIE elimination) was significantly updated as well:

The reversed strategy can be applied to horseracing as well.

This update fixes problems in Super Utilities, M = Make/Break/Position, option 4 = Break 3+/Positional Ranges, the options 1 & 2.

The error was triggered only if the TOPh3 file had lines with different amounts of horse numbers. The problem made impossible to use the two functions in conjunction with SkipSystem.exe, the gambling software that generates strategies based on number skips.
