The consecutive long 'L' streak doesn't seem based on maths

Hi all and dear Ion:

Yestoday I re-read your book, and found that the 'Super Roulette Strategy' is actually not based on maths. It's more likely to be based on observations. Did I misunderstood or..?

You said "It is very rare that there are more than 2 consecutive groups of LL or longer than 2L.....When the DC is more than 2/3, the 'L' streak becomes more managable". The whole strategy seems to be based on this observation. Is there any probability calculation on this idea? I mean, if there is precise calculation on the lenth of consecutive 'L' streak, then there should be a better prediction and a smarter Martingale.

For example:

Does the first piece of streak above show more percentage of the next 'L' should be single then the second one? If so, should we put more chips down after next 'L' appear?

and also:
wLLwLLwLLwLLwLLwwwLw

There are five consecutive 'L' in a row now, should we expect there should be a shorter one next? If so, we could start betting after the first or second consecutive 'L' and put more chips down since it should be a shorter step Martingale.
