There are situations when community members want to discuss topics not related to the serious stuff: Lottery, gambling, mathematics, software, systems. There will be times for casual discussions on culture, politics, sports and fans, drinks, food, life in general.

For example, talking about the biggest sporting event in the world: The World Cup. It is event that takes place every four year in the most popular sport in history: Football (known as soccer in the United States). Of course, we have here a forum dedicated to sports betting. But there are also personal discussions regarding the World Cup, soccer, in general. Such discussions don’t fit in the specialized forum. I’ll open such a discussion next. I’ll post my reflections on that huge sporting event, which, for me, is the biggest failure in the sport world.

Controversial ideas and opinions are possible via decent expression. We don’t need to scream, curse, or threaten when we express an opinion different from the ideas of our interlocutors. We can still take a strong stand shooting bullets.

In truth, I was an offender in other places. I was screamed at, cursed, threatened by others. I did respond in like. I was banned, although I didn’t start the fire.
