Running Combine3 in stand alone mode.

When running Combine3 program in stand alone mode, it displays the combinations infinitelly (runs forever). When running within B3 main menu (L - Lexicographic Straight Pick3 Sets) it runs OK. In both cases I'm using the same inputs.

* Option 'L = Lexicographic Straight Pick3 Sets'
* Option 'R = Randomized Straight Pick-3'

* L -- Program name: Lexico3.exe – it generates 3-digit lottery straight sets in LEXICOGRAPHICAL ORDER.

* R -- Program name: Combine3.exe – it generates 3-digit lottery straight sets in RANDOMIZED MANNER.
