    Pick 3 Stategies

    Hello,

First off, many thanks to Ion for building the most effective and intersting software on the Internet and for his expert work in his book. I have been working with Bright 3 for a year and I am always amazed at the different strategies that are shown in the W and MD reports. I was hoping to have everyone share their experiences with Pick 3 strategies that are interesting, special or very rare as well as strategies that actually paid off.
For example, one of my favorites that I learned from Ion is to predict the next stratagy that could hit. I look for consecutive increases/decreases across all filters and come up with what I hope to be the next selections of numbers.

Another favorite way of getting a strategy is by using Ion's new sort feature by column and looking for common pairings of filter values.

Either way it is a lot of fun both working on strategies and recording the results. Using Ion's software makes you think and actually learn about the theory and FFG.

Reading his book provids the essential tools to go beyond the normal. Anyway I was hoping to hear some more strategy stories and maybe even learn from others.

    Thanks Ion.

Now that is the stuff I like to read. Someone actually enjoying themselves with Ions software.

I personally dont play a pick 3 game, but keep looking at those reports that Ions software generates. You will find more interesting things in there, keep thinking and staring at them.............Think, think, think. Possibilities are endless. Find what works for you and capitalize on it.

    Thanks BrianPA,

The most interesting thing about the whole Bright3 is the reports. You can endlessly look for strategies and always develop a newly discovered set of filters that work. I enjoy the fact that I can use one of Ions's filter or actually travel in 3 dimensions by using layers that go deep into banks of data and stats.
I also look at it as excitment because I know what a filter is going to do in some cases. In other cases I can't wait to rerun my reports with the latest results just to see what happened on other values of filters even if I miss on them.

Let's not forget Ion's other utilities that come packaged in B3 like the Decades and Grids which I have yet to explore. It honestly is the most cmprehensive set of tools I have seen yet! And, if you take your time to read Ion's book and webpages it the tools become more powerful because now you have Ion's knowledge and teachings, and not just some lines of code that spit out numbers for you based on faulty wheels.

Yes, Ion's software is for those that actually are interested in learning and not just winning. Although I am always thankful, humble and happy when I do.
I hope to read more about grids because I know I am weak in that area, but for now my reports are and strategies are staring to take shape. Eventually I will have a cool collection that I can share with those interested in learning more. And thats why I ask for more contributions so that we all can learn!
