LIE Filtering: Cooperation in Lottery Strategies

I read recent threads here about a form of cooperation in lotto strategy selection:

    http://forums.saliu.com/showthread.p...ience-exchange
    http://forums.saliu.com/showthread.php/88-Pro-beginner

    I am all-in!

I am starting to take playing the lottery seriously. I believe software development is not needed much anymore. My lottery software is at its peak now — very high and very hard to climb higher than that.

The main addition is related to the LIE filtering (Not-to-Win-Leads-to-Win). BrianPA came up with a great request that reminded me of a lottery strategy I had forgotten about. While developing Bright5, I incorporated the new LIE-filtering feature. At the same time, I discovered several strategy ideas based on LIE.

My thoughts are spread over a number of large Word documents. I posted them here. Other members posted as well, although just a few of them. I know, most people just lurk and kind of take advantage of others’ efforts. Hopefully, this thread will convince many more members to participate in finding many more lottery strategies. It is helpful for them as well. Expressing their thoughts in their own words does improve creativity and understanding of complex phenomena.

First, it would be helpful if members read previous threads and post here and remind to the community some of the strategy ideas already presented all over this place.

Next, people can express their own ideas of finding strategies. many, many strategies are possible! It’s only impossible for one person to figure out them all!!

Here is one I just came across. It started first with horseracing, then I moved to 5-number lotto. There is a little used program in Bright5: SkipPair5.exe. Unfortunately, it isn’t well documented. I didn’t have enough time to document it, and then I kind of forgot what it does (many things it does!) It’s about pairs.

Do first the paring reports. I looked next at the PAIR5.WS report. I saw a majority of the THREE filter from 99 to 50. Actually, that filter should be much larger. I did the report for 500 drawings. So, if I type THREE_MAX = 100 I would be wrong a majority of times. That’s what the LIE feature is about — get a filter wrong as frequently as possible.

In the 2nd step I ran Generate Pairs based on THREE_MAX = 100. A number of over 7000 “pairings” qualified. In this case, a “pairing” is a string of 4 pair-ranks that create the wonder grid. The output file has 4 number lines. The file is named by default PAIR5.OUT.

In the 3rd step I ran Create GRID File based on PAIR5.OUT. The program generated some 306000 5-number combosnations, 256000 being unique. That’s a big LIE file that is a . . . winner more often than not!

As I said there are many LIE possibilities. If you look at the SkipDecaFreq reports, the same decade string (e.g. 2-2-1-0-0) don’t hit within a number of draws. The same is true about the 3-frequency groups, odd/even strings, increase/decrease, skips. They can generate valuable LIE files.

We need to just pay attention and be disciplines. Write on a piece of paper how many LIE files are generated; e.g. from LIE5.1 to LIE5.n. We concatenate the LIE5.n files in one: LIE5. Of course, we have to repeat the process for every drawing within the range that the strategy is expected to hit. It looks laborious, but after a while we get into a rhythm.

I also plan to revamp the filtering documentation, at least at SALIU.COM. I might write a special document dedicated to selecting filters in my lottery software.

There was another long thread in my first forum (Saliu.com/bbs/). It was first named “An experiment in Cooperation” (summer of 2001). Let’s see what we come up with now, in this modern forum.

    Hi guys!

Why is it so quiet here? We should take advantage of the opportunity that Mr. Saliu has provided here for us. We should put our heads together and share our ideas so we can all benefit from them.

I have been playing with Pick 3 ideas for some times. I want to share some ideas in regards to the LIE filtering here:

In Pick3 if you look at the W3.7 report, you will see a string from the last draw such as:

Line Draw HiLo HiLo HiLo OdEv OdEv OdEv InDe InDe InDe
    No. ings 1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 3
    ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ ÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍÍ
    1 769+ 2 2 2 1 2 1 2 1 2

Now these three segments do not repeat exactly in the same order in over 70% of the time for the next draw.
For the next draw, you can run the HiLo segment ( 2 2 2 ) by itself and get your first lie file; do the same with the next segment ( 1 2 1 ), that is your second lie file. Finally run the last segment and get your third lie file. You can combine all three files into one and name it what evere Lie file you want. This will be about 290 numbers after duplicate removal.

Now we look at the rest of W3 and MD3 reports (all 12 of them). Find out of normal values that occurred and set your filters accordingly and also look for three +++ and --- values and choose other safe filter values too. Generate your numbers. If you chose your filters correctly, the resulting file will contain the winning number. Compare this file with you Lie files and eliminate numbers that match with the lie file and keep the rest. You will need a text comparison program for this.

On a good day you will be left to play with 150 numbers. This will be your Winning number file. Normally it varies between 150-300 numbers for me. This amount of numbers is still too high to play. Now you can run your strategies. As Mr. Ion said you should run multiple strategies (e.g. TV 20 PR 100 - BUN 10 MIN ) etc. Compare your generated numbers with with the Winning number file. Play the numbers that match and discard the others. This will reduce you final combination a lot compared with if you run your strategies alone by themselves.

I hope this will help some people and encourage others to share their ideas.

    Good luck to all.

First of all, I appreciate this kind of conversation here.
Goldenstate, I think you're wrong about creating your LIE file.
If you remove all Hi/Lo 222 you would remove it not only when 222 is combined with Od/Ev 121 and In/De 212 (at the same time), but also with all other combinations of Od/Ev and In/De. Your line 222 121 212 generates only 6 combos that doesn't help in eliminating combinations too much.
I am wondering why Ion didn't correct your "strategy".
This my 2 cents to this thread for now.

Goldenstate is correct. You generate combinations ONE STRING AT A TIME. 2-2-2 to LIE3.1; 1-2-1 to LIE3.2; 2-1-2 to LIE3.3. Then concatenate the 3 output files to LIE3. You can create even more LIE files, still one at a time; for example, 3-frequency groups.

The reverse to LIE is to generate combinations when you expect one of the strings will hit. Instead of naming the files LIE, you name them something like OUT3.1, OUT3.2, ETC. You concatenate them again to an OUT3 file. Now, you will PURGE OUT3. You want to KEEP combinations in OUT3 as you expect one of them to hit.

    Best of luck!

    Thumbs down

    Guys,

It would be nice if you're right, but . . .

By creating LIE files one at the time you eliminate all Hi/Lo 222, all Od/Ev 121 and all In/De 212 not only when they come out toghether.
    In the future:
You wouldn't have any hit when Hi/Lo is 222, regardless of other strings.
You wouldn't have any hit when Od/Ev is 121, regardless of other strings.
You wouldn't have any hit when In/De is 212, regardless of other strings.

If you don't agree, then answer a simple question, would you win when the string is: 222, 111, 222 (Hi/Lo, Od/Ev, In/De respectivley)?
NO, because you have eliminated all Hi/Lo 222 (5,6,7,8,9).

It is very simple. Just look at the W3.7. Most of the times all those three (3) segments from your recent draw (the last draw) do not repeat for the very next draw again.
The KEY word is "THE VERY NEXT DRAW" not for eternity!
Some times one segment will repeat and you will lose; but most of the time they do NOT repeat and you LIE file is valid. You better experiment and you will see that when none of the segments from the previous draw repeats, your LIE file is valid and the winning number is not in your LIE file.

    Good Luck

Example of Applying the LIE Lottery Strategy for Pick-3

    Max1:

    I.
I plotted 3 reports for pick-3. You can see that some 3-parameter strings (1-0-2, etc.) do not repeat for a few drawings; other strings do repeat more often than others. You can see that the 1-1-1 type of strings show better frequencies.

    LOWER frequency: Good candidate for LIE;
HIGHER frequency: Good candidate for PURGE (as in playing straight, not reverse).

I will generate combinations and do a brief analysis in another post . . .

    Code:
                       * Pick-3 Decades Report by Draw

    II.
    I gotta to hurry a little bit . . . storms . . . once again . . .

I generate combos to one output file (LIE3.1 or just OUT3.1) for the decade string 1-0-2 (the 1st line in the report). Straight sets generated: 81.

I generate combos to one output file (LIE3.2 or just OUT3.2) for the frequency string 0-2-1 (the 1st line in the report). Straight sets generated: 135.

I generate combos to one output file (LIE3.3 or just OUT3.3) for the low/high string 2-2-1 (the 1st line in the report). Straight sets generated: 125.

I generate combos to one output file (LIE3.4 or just OUT3.4) for the odd/even string 1-2-1 (the 1st line in the report). Straight sets generated: 100.

I can concatenate to a LIE3 file of 441 combosnations. There is a good chance I will be successful quite often. Of course, the LIE feature is an addition to other filters, part of a pick-3 strategy.

You are Canadian, so you are permitted to play online lotteries. Some pay (for pick-3) 900-to-1. It is far better than what state lotteries pay (500-to-1). Unfortunately, the U.S. residents are not allowed to play online lotteries. Online gambling is illegal in the U.S. (except for horseracing).

I hope my posts help you have a clearer view of the LIE strategy I implemented in my lottery software beginning 2010.

    Best of luck!

    Bitterness with Intent to Disrupt

    Maxitser:

You seem definitely rattled to me. I gave you a warning for one of your posts. Also, I deleted a thread where you dumped your bitterness in a torrent of mockery. You said this is the best place for losing weight: Trying to figure out my software and trying to find strategies.

In this thread, you try your hardest to prove that my LIE strategy is wrong. I patiently explained to you more than once how LIE works. Another member also explained to you in bona fide who it works. You kept your stubborn position. I know why you do it, Kuppuck (a.k.a. Royce Penny). You simply want to cause disruption here. You want me to waste as much time as you can think of. Others tried as well. It will never work. I have the “best tools” to sever the horns of the little bullies.

Your location and your style are familiar to me. I know them from rec.gambling.lottery. Go back there Kuppuck and dump your venom. All my googoos have done that . . . till they dried out belly up!

I don’t worry about the validity/worthiness of my theories and software. My only concern is the PLAGIARIZING and PIRATING of my theories and software. Some pirates try hard to hide the real thing — and that leads to heaps of garbage. Others don’t even hide the source — they bluntly publish my stuff verbatim! Fortunately, my theories are always backed by unique software. The pirates haven’t been capable to writing any programs that come even close to my software.

I feel disgust simply by mentioning the heaps of lottery and gambling “systems” and “software’ out there! Internet searches yield a hundred thousand listings, at least!!!

Look at your malicious stubbornness. You could see in the frequency report two occurrences of an obvious pick-3 strategy. They are marked by * (lines #6 and #16). The frequency string 2-1-0 always generates 36 combinations (different from draw to draw, usually). If played in the last 20 draws, the cost would be 720. An online lottery would pay 1800. The strategy occurs 10-12 times in 200 drawings. The cost of 7200 would yield 9000.

The strategy has also skips — thus, a number of drawings will NOT be played. There are also other filters to apply. The LIE strategy can be also applied at the same time.

An even tighter strategy occurs 2-4 times in 200 drawings: 3-0-0 (frequency groups). It generates 8 combinations. That strategy can hardly be reduced to fewer combinations. But 50 drawings can be skipped between hits. The cost would be 8 * 100 = 800. The online lotteries would pay 1800.

I have always stressed this point. Every lottery strategy has SKIPS. That means that some streaks can be long. Equivalently, some streaks will be short. But long term play (like one year in pick 3) will yield a profit.

And that’s what rattles you and guys like you (googoos, psychosamas, sore competitors, pirates, etc.) And your only “tool” is to attempt to disrupt me or to make me waste productive time.
