dealer signature or the wheel

Hi. Brand new to forum and like to play the inner half of the roulette wheel.
I play live roulette online and have had some great winning sessions betting the inner half every spin, other sessions not so good. I am convinced it is dealer signature or is it ?
For example in a recent 4hr session, 100 spins, there was no more than 3 consecutive outer half hits with the same 2 croupiers and streaks of up to 9 in the inner.
Other croupiers on the same wheel do the opposite the next day, so is it dealer signature or is it the wheel ?

You didnt mention which live roulette but its always good to observe the other bets if possible to see whether the ball was merely dropping agains the top/max bets or merely "random" either way as parpaluck would say....those crooks shouldnt be trusted
