The book is now offered also as a Google Books item. People can read a large portion of it for free. Google also offers a cheap eBook version. I appreciate the promotion, albeit free. The supreme purpose of my book was glory-founded, not financial. But now, in my lifetime, I wouldn’t mind making some money off my first book!

The revised 2012 version corrects the display of formulas and fixes typos (especially created by the superscript or the “raise to power” operator and ^). First appears on Amazon, then in other book distribution channels (online stores, bookstores, libraries, etc.)
